As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our premium players, ensuring their exceptional guest experience, and driving revenue growth through targeted marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain personalized relationships with our premium players, providing exceptional guest service and ensuring their loyalty to The Orleans Hotel & Casino.
  • Recruit high-level players through direct sales activities, including direct mail, referrals, guest visitation, and on-site events.
  • Monitor and respond to guests' special requests and concerns in a calm, prompt, and courteous manner.
  • Issue complimentary services consistent with company and department policies.
  • Participate in player development and marketing activities to ensure the development of one-on-one relationships and to cultivate guest loyalty.
  • Represent the company in public relations and marketing efforts, both on- and off-site, generating new and repeat business and helping to reaffirm the goals and objectives of the company.
  • Monitor revenue produced through marketing efforts and ensure that all comps are within the company's comping guidelines and procedures.
