Casino Database Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Casino Database Analyst to join our team at Irvine Technology Corporation. As a Casino Database Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our casino marketing efforts by analyzing data, developing marketing strategies, and implementing database solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and perform day-to-day data operations for casino marketing host teams and casino special events.
  • Implement and maintain the overall organization of the casino host database, including host assignment of prospective qualified customers.
  • Provide timely casino marketing reporting and analytical support to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Perform data modeling, reporting, and analysis on casino host performance.
  • Develop and execute criteria for casino customer segments based on demographics, behavior, and preferences.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze special events direct marketing programs and generate proformas and post-analysis.
  • Create and maintain end-to-end casino database marketing performance reporting and analytics dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business with a focus on quantitative fields (analytics, statistics, data science) and/or equivalent professional work experience in analytics roles.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a casino marketing, database marketing, or loyalty marketing role required.
  • Prior experience in gaming/hospitality industry required.
  • Hands-on experience in Excel, data querying/modeling tools (SQL, R, Python), and data visualization/BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Proficiency in writing, debugging, and refining SQL query scripts required.
  • Strong technical understanding of data, database management, and reporting/analytics, especially involving large and complex datasets.
