Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and enter accurate demographic, personal, and financial information for patients undergoing registration.
  • Ensure the correct entry of physician orders for prescribed tests, supplies, and procedures.
  • Communicate with patients to confirm appointments, discuss payment expectations, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Provide preceptorship to new hires and demonstrate expertise in patient access processes.
  • Float to one or more practices as needed to support the team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer service-focused environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer and data entry experience preferred.

Compensation

Minimum salary: $14.93

Maximum salary: $22.39
