Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Registration Specialist to join our team at Ohio ENT & Allergy Physicians. As the first point of contact for our clinic, this individual will be responsible for ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update patient demographics at each visit
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
  • Scan documents into our electronic health record system as needed
  • Collect and post copayments and payments for non-covered items sold
  • Verify referrals are in place for patients
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs)
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
Work Environment

This position will work in a dynamic and fast-paced medical office environment. Occasional overtime and travel may be required. The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service to our patients.
