Medical Registration Specialist

Are you a problem solver with excellent customer care skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We have immediate openings on our Medical Registration Team for person-centered representatives who are the gateway to services daily.

Essential Duties
  • Greet visitors, answer all agency incoming phone calls, and respond professionally to inquiries.
  • Respond to inquiries in a person-centered manner with the goal of service and problem solving.
  • Register new patients and establish records in electronic health records.
  • Collect necessary documentation and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
  • Provide support to colleagues by scheduling, routing calls, and distributing mail.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues with processes and flow.
  • Participate in problem solving and continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in a high-volume customer or patient-serving role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office products.
  • Basic understanding and ability to comply with medical privacy regulations.
