Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to ensure efficient and effective healthcare delivery.
  • Manage patient registration, insurance verification, and scheduling of appointments.
  • Collect co-insurance and/or co-payments and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and track department metrics, providing reports and updates on patient access and care delivery.
  • Monitor daily operational functions, interacting with patients and customers to ensure high-quality service.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert, providing education and training to support department goals and patient experience.
  • Identify system and workflow improvements to enhance team efficiency.
  • Analyze problems and provide solutions to ensure effective patient care.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a hospital/clinic setting
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products
  • 18 years of age OR older
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts to support a 24-hour operating system
