Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
- Communicate effectively through phone and video conferencing
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Prioritize tasks to identify immediate emergency needs
- Stay up-to-date on departmental procedures and technical knowledge
- Register patients efficiently and accurately
- Collect patient liabilities and balance the cash box daily
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide wayfinding instructions and hospital information as needed
- Coordinate patient admission needs and bed assignments
- Meet or exceed audit accuracy standards

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience in an office setting
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work rotating holidays and 1st shift hours
- Ability to complete 6-8 weeks of training
- Must be 18 years or older
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with electronic medical records systems
- Experience in a medical office or hospital admitting/registration office
Soft Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
