RaceTrac is seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Representative to manage the real estate operations and store growth of a designated region(s). This individual will collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure the highest quality stores at superior locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage regional real estate activities, including land and building acquisitions, leasing, site location and selection, and the disposition of underperforming stores and surplus properties.
  • Negotiate agreements, contracts, and leases for existing stores and new sites.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Engineering, Design, and Construction departments to ensure department and regional real estate goals are met.
  • Maintain an overall knowledge of processes, procedures, and legalities within the region.
  • Provide ongoing analyses of existing stores' metrics and new store performance projections, creating and implementing solutions to enhance performance and profitability.
  • Mentor and develop Real Estate Analysts as needed.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' experience with full development lifecycle, real estate acquisitions, or 5+ years' related commercial real estate experience.
  • 3+ years internal experience in Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
