Utilizing key performance indicators, you will monitor progress and offer strategic guidance to promote individual growth that aligns with our corporate culture and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Source and evaluate candidates through various channels, including advertisements, online platforms, educational institutions, and recruitment events to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Conduct pre-employment screenings, including drug tests, technical assessments, background checks, and reference verifications.
- Schedule interviews with management to facilitate the hiring process.
- Organize and oversee new employee orientation and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of training and certifications to ensure compliance with corporate and industry standards.
- Coordinate onboarding processes directly with new hires.
- Assist in the development and management of training materials within the Coassemble application for tracking purposes.
- Facilitate completion of training related to financial wellness through the Smart Dollar program.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding benefits such as unemployment, sick leave, family leave, and retirement plans.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the performance review process by identifying areas for improvement and implementing new strategies.
- Support employees in setting and tracking personal and professional goals through regular check-ins.
- Enhance existing employee recognition and incentive programs to promote performance and safety.
- Develop leadership training initiatives for new supervisory roles.
- Stay informed about Federal and State employment regulations to ensure compliance through training and policy development.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in employee relations and organizational development.
- High level of integrity and discretion in managing confidential information.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proven capability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous.
- Proactive approach with a willingness to engage in hands-on work.
- Ability to work independently and develop effective processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
