Job Title: Parts Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Product Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

  • Fulfill orders, ensuring precision in shipping or for customer pickup.

  • Be the detective who resolves any inventory discrepancies.
  • Decide the best way to transport parts shipments, like a logistics pro.
  • Make the magic happen by checking in daily and weekly stock orders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and camaraderie with your team.
  • Collaborate with service technicians to determine parts requirements for repairs.
  • Offer recommendations for parts and modifications that can enhance equipment performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new products, and advancements.
  • Assist in developing parts sales strategies and promotions to boost customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
  • Parts experience in heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive industries (preferred).
  • Proven experience in parts management, customer service, or a similar role in the material handling or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of inventory and supply chain management principles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, especially advanced Excel.
