Job Summary

As a Senior Caregiver Specialist at Home Instead, you will provide high-quality care and support to seniors in their homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as monitoring and administering medications as prescribed. You will also provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of our clients. Additionally, you will assist with light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean and safe environment. Your role will also involve accompanying seniors to appointments and engaging in recreational activities. You will document and report any changes in their physical or mental condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist seniors with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
Monitor and administer medications as prescribed
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance their well-being
Assist with light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean and safe environment
Accompany seniors to appointments and engage in recreational activities
Document and report any changes in their physical or mental condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
