Position Overview

LMI is in search of a proficient Operational Project Integrator, Instructional Designer, and Educator to support our initiatives under the AO OAA QDS contract.

Key Responsibilities

This position is dedicated to enhancing and managing mission-oriented technical operations. Daily tasks will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Facilitating and actively participating in Technical Review Boards (TRB) and Working Groups (WG), serving as an operational authority across various sectors.
  • Drafting and presenting documentation that includes technical evaluations, course improvements, and curriculum revisions.
  • Ensuring operational strategies align with technical specifications and uphold quality assurance standards.
  • Encouraging collaboration and communication among diverse operational teams to develop optimal solutions and educational settings.
  • Implementing innovative updates to the courses under this role's management and instruction.

Required Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of SNA
  • Proficient in Python programming
  • Capability to teach both introductory and advanced SNA courses (Introductory class is scheduled bi-monthly, Advanced course is held quarterly)
  • Ability to assist in promoting the courses
  • Access to client systems (email and iCE access) to address student inquiries regularly
  • Proactively enhance both courses
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong skills in relationship building and networking.
  • Familiarity with client-specific tools is preferred.
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
