Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Records LPN to join our team at Signature HealthCARE. As a Medical Records LPN, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents' records are accurate, complete, and in compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.

You will also have the opportunity to serve as the designated Compliance Liaison for the facility, ensuring that our team members are aware of and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that residents' records are accurate, complete, and in compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure that residents receive high-quality care and services.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
  • Active nursing license (LPN).
  • Minimum of two years (2) experience in a healthcare facility required; skilled nursing facility or other long-term care setting with Medical Records/Health Information Management experience is preferred.
