We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant or LPN to join our team at our Louisville clinic. As a key member of our dermatology team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dermatologists in their daily work.

Responsibilities
  • Room patients and document all vital information
  • Scribe information for the dermatologist
  • Provide post-op wound care to patients
  • Draw blood and remove sutures

Assisting the Dermatologist

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant credentials
  • Post High School education in a medical support field: Medical Assistant, CMA, RMA or Licensed Practical Nurse
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in a medical office in a similar capacity is preferred
  • Must keep current on all state certifications, licenses and/or registrations to continue employment
  • Must be willing to travel to other clinic locations as needed
  • Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Record systems
  • Must possess organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with staff, clients, and visitors
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team
