Norton Healthcare LPN Job Description

We are currently hiring LPNs for various positions within Norton Healthcare Hospitals, Norton Medical Group, and Norton Children's Medical Group offices.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective patient-centered care, focusing on customer satisfaction and quality outcomes.
  • Assist in maintaining a financially stable unit, promoting evidence-based practice and education.
  • Delegate nursing tasks to non-licensed staff members under direction.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in conjunction with leadership.
  • Apply educational and professional experiences in delivering quality care and mentoring/precepting non-licensed staff and students.
