We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team at UofL Health. As a LPN on our Complex Medical/Stroke Progressive Care unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication administration records and progress notes.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
  • Completion of an LPN program at an accredited school of nursing.
  • Prior acute care or rehab experience preferred.
  • CPR/BLS certification required upon hire.
