LPN Medication Care Specialist

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are passionate about providing high-quality care to our residents. As an LPN Medication Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
- Document medication administration and resident care
- Provide resident care while demonstrating the Sunrise Senior Living mission
- Promote the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents
- L.P.N, LVN or state-specific licensed nurse credential
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
