Inside Sales Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Agile Premier. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with outside sales team to expand products and customer base.
  • Collects market intelligence from customers regarding competitive situations, competitor pricing, market situations, and informs Branch Manager.
  • Take inbound phone calls and emails from contractors and retail customers to process quotes and orders in a timely manner.
  • Consult with clients/customers after sales to provide ongoing support.
  • Prepares job order quotations based upon customer requests and information.
  • Communicate by phone or email with customers from time of order to time of shipment.

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-3 years of customer service/sales experience.
  • Excellent phone and customer-facing experience.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Computer literate and proficiency in MS applications (EXCEL required).
