Job Overview

As a seasoned IT Project Manager at Dexian - Signature Consultants, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of defined projects. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure execution meets client expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. You will facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery and drive Enterprise Project Standards for planning, executing, and controls. Additionally, you will identify potential risks and escalate as needed, remove roadblocks to ensure progress, and partner with testing teams to ensure testing timelines and deliverables are met.

  • Partner with testing teams to ensure testing timelines and deliverables are met

Preferred Qualifications

  • 57 years of previous experience managing technology projects using SDLC methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall)
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong leadership skills to lead project teams to deliver technology solutions with quality, on-time, and within budget
  • Strong communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate project status, issues, risks at all levels, including key stakeholders and executives
  • Previous experience managing project budget and financials to execute appropriate due diligence and financial management routines to deliver against financial commitments
  • Ability to drive Enterprise Project Standards for planning, executing, and controls and meeting project audit requirements
  • Risk management and ability to identify potential risks and escalate as needed, remove roadblocks to ensure progress
  • Ability to identify all impacted teams, applications, and engage as needed for design, development, testing through to deployment(s)
  • Ability to partner with testing teams to ensure testing timelines and deliverables are met
  • Ability to identify deployment readiness plans and documentation and ensure deployment timelines and events are coordinated with broader planned release activities and externally impacted application teams
  • Proactive in driving teams to achieve commitments and results
