We are seeking a highly skilled Survey Project Manager to join our team at Westwood Professional Services, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project tasks, schedules, and resource requirements, as well as analyzing project profitability and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project tasks, schedule, and resource requirements
  • Analyze project profitability and revenue
  • Conduct team meetings to evaluate and coordinate project progress
  • Stay current on service-specific trends, technology, and software
  • Drive value based on innovation
  • Work with the Survey Service Leader to establish and maintain procedures and quality standards
  • Ensure consistent appearance of survey work products
  • Work with Survey Service Leader and Market Leaders on staffing, utilization, and workload
  • Support office and market-based business development
  • Build and maintain a strong culture for survey
Requirements
  • Professional Survey License preferred
  • Four-year degree and 5-plus years of experience in a consulting business
  • Multi-discipline experience and strong understanding of land surveying
  • 5+ years of experience in the land surveying industry
  • Strong background in project management
  • Effective verbal communication and independent judgment
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
