Job Title: Project Manager – Healthcare Tech

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Care-at-Home programs throughout eastern Texas. The successful candidate will have experience managing projects in the hospital environment and will be responsible for ensuring the successful launch of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement project plans to track and manage each component of the program.
  2. Analyze and plan requirements and standards for scheduled projects.
  3. Manage projects to set clear deliverables and expectations, ensure proper resources are assigned, and identify and address obstacles.
  4. Assign and oversee daily tasks of personnel while ensuring all are actively working toward established milestones.
  5. Establish and implement training processes and strategies.
  6. Track progress and communicate status to company and partner management.
  7. Hold and lead regular project team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
Requirements:
  1. Experience managing service and technology related projects in a healthcare environment.
  2. A minimum of three years as a project manager, or equivalent experience.
  3. Experience with office suite products, presentation products, and project management products.
  4. Personal attributes must include:

Working Conditions:

This position is a hybrid of a corporate office setting, client locations, and remote. Occasional travel required.

Equipment Used:

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, telephone, fax machine, copy machine, calculator.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to perform physical activity typical of a person in this role.
