Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager at Genuine Parts Company, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to achieve their sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
