Your Role...

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in upholding the high standards of quality that our customers expect from us.

Key Responsibilities...

  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service.
  • Assist customers in making informed choices by sharing product knowledge and recommendations.
  • Efficiently process transactions, including cash, credit, and checks.
  • Help prepare and oversee the in-store production of seasonal treats.
  • Receive, stock, and organize merchandise effectively.
  • Engage in various merchandising tasks as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
  • Contribute to team goals by completing assigned tasks.

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and reach consistently.
  • Capability to lift up to 5 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures.
  • Prior experience in retail or food service environments.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
