Job Overview

We are currently in search of a Program Coordinator to manage the personnel and operations of our Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program. The program operates during specific hours throughout the week, providing essential services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the mission, vision, and values of the organization while adhering to established clinical philosophies and standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical and operational leadership and the staff, ensuring effective communication.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and continuous training of new and existing staff members.
  • Oversee daily program operations, including staffing responsibilities such as hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
  • Provide clear expectations, guidance, and constructive feedback to team members.
  • Organize services and systems to support a multidisciplinary approach throughout the care continuum.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to maintain adherence to documentation and policy standards.
  • Develop and implement ongoing quality and performance improvement processes for the program.
  • Manage resources in alignment with budgetary constraints.
  • Work collaboratively with other department leaders to identify challenges and devise effective solutions.
  • Engage with the community to foster relationships and enhance community presence.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation as required.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of three years of leadership experience. A Master's degree and/or experience in the Human Services field, particularly in Substance Use Disorders or Mental Health, is highly desirable.

Preferred qualifications include full licensure or associate/internship status in one or more of the following areas: LCAS, LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, CADC.
