At Asembia, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Development Representative to join our Inside Sales team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and grow existing client base through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, as well as create new relationships with prospects, decision influencers, and decision-makers.
- Responsible for achieving individual assigned pharmacy sales goals and KPIs through outbound and inbound telephone calls.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to achieve/exceed established daily and monthly productivity goals.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- BA/BS Degree
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify new opportunities and develop pipeline of prospects
- Competent in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
