Customer Service Representative

PrideStaff is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Morristown-Parsippany, NJ. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling patients for diagnostic procedures at contracted radiology facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from claim adjusters, patients, facilities, and referring providers.
- Work directly with Claim Adjusters to provide concierge service to top-tier clients.
- Follow Special Account Instructions to deliver superior service to all client partners.
- Meet and exceed aggressive service level commitments.
- Complete pending patients call list assigned daily.
- Document each patient file accurately with details of the scheduling encounter and update all parties.
- Ensure appropriate scheduling documents are forwarded to radiology facilities.
- Use problem-solving skills when faced with difficult situations.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of inbound/outbound Call Center experience.
- Experience with PIP/WC precertification is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of ACD phones.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to adapt to new and changing situations.
- Ability to think under pressure and act accordingly.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
