Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

At PCS Wireless GLOBAL, we're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to lead our Samsung program worldwide. As the primary point of contact, you'll oversee all account relationships and communication with our key account, ensuring success, growth, expansion, and profitability of all Samsung programs globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Samsung Global Account Head/Owner to ensure all aspects of the program and communication with the customer follow strategic lead and direction.
  • Establish and develop strong relationships with the Samsung team in the US, Korea, and other markets.
  • Lead the coordination of strategy and messaging across all internal PCS teams to ensure alignment with account goals and drive the execution of key action items.
  • Take full ownership of the Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including preparing, structuring, and delivering key presentations to Samsung.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Proven achievement of significant business outcomes by building and nurturing key relationships and leveraging experience to consistently exceed performance targets.
  • Leverage Korean language proficiency to drive an increase in client engagement, improving communication and accelerating project timelines with key stakeholders.
  • Consistently developed and nurtured high-value customer relationships, leading to an increase in organizational growth and improving client retention.
