Job Summary

CityVet is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our pet owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interface Management: Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments, and partner with the team to provide proper discharge information for various services.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Understand, communicate, and prioritize scheduled appointments, client education, and lobby triage to ensure an efficient and productive schedule and daily workflow.
  • Client Welcome and Support: Greet and welcome clients, check patients in for appointments, notify clients of any delays, and provide care during their wait.
