Customer Service Specialist and Bid Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are in search of a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Specialist to enhance our corporate sales support division. The successful candidate will report directly to the Team Lead of Client Services. This role requires a hybrid work arrangement, with a combination of in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Resolution: Manage customer orders, invoices, and commission statements efficiently.
  • Timely Processing: Ensure rapid and precise data entry for orders and bids.
  • Relationship Management: Foster proactive communication with clients to deliver exceptional service and build long-term loyalty.
  • Information Accuracy: Provide up-to-date product specifications, nutritional details, and marketing materials to sales teams and distributors as required.
  • Data Management: Enter and verify order information, swiftly correcting any discrepancies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with colleagues to enhance processes through thorough analysis.
  • Organizational Skills: Effectively prioritize tasks while managing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
  • Effective Communication: Utilize strong written and verbal skills to minimize errors and ensure service excellence.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a business-to-business environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft O365, SharePoint, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Education: High School diploma is required.
  • Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to build relationships based on integrity and customer focus.
  • Self-Starter: Proactive in managing time and responsibilities.
  • Time Management: Capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
Work Environment:
  • Standard work week: Monday - Friday.
  • Hybrid model with a mix of in-office and remote work.
