Position Overview: Remote Customer Support Specialist

This role involves managing a diverse range of client service inquiries in a timely, respectful, and professional manner. The specialist will be responsible for addressing or acquiring answers to client queries related to their accounts, loans, and various products and services offered by the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming service calls while applying appropriate telephone etiquette to ensure a high standard of customer service.
  • Process client requests, including but not limited to fund transfers, stop payments, and address changes.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing the customer service experience and provide constructive feedback to improve processes.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to de-escalate service calls effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role is required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
