Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients within the NDT industry, including manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, and oil and gas sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to understand their needs, identify upselling opportunities, and address any issues proactively.
- Technical Expertise and Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our NDT services, technologies, and solutions, including ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, magnetic particle testing, and liquid penetrant testing.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulations, and standards related to NDT, and effectively communicate this knowledge to clients.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations, engineering, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of client projects and deliverables.
- Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to inform product development, service enhancements, and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A background in NDT or a technical discipline is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales or account management roles, with a minimum of [5] years of experience in the NDT industry or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
