Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented professional to join our team as a State Farm Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support as needed.
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, driving business growth and success.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce State Farm products and services, generate interest, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services to meet customer objectives.
- Maintain a high level of work ethic and commitment to success, driving results-oriented performance.
- Competitive hourly pay plus commission/bonus structure.
- Flexible work arrangements to suit your needs.

- Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
