Job Responsibilities:
The Service/Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Service & Parts department, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of technicians and support staff
- Oversee inventory control, purchasing, and merchandising
- Ensure tools and equipment are in good working order
- Monitor and analyze sales, expenses, and inventory on a monthly basis
- Set and enforce policies on special ordering and parts
- Direct shipping and receiving efforts to ensure timely processes
Requirements:
At least 2 years of prior experience as a Service/Parts Manager
Computer skills and excellent communication and managerial skills
Valid driver's license and good driving record required
Work Environment:
Monday to Saturday, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
