Key Responsibilities- Deliver on growth objectives within regional top and potential top OEM and processor accounts.
- Pursue strategies to introduce new technology into key target accounts through building relationships and value-selling techniques.
- Utilize customer data to maintain top customer account action plans for regional top customer and strategic focus accounts.
- Actively utilize and maintain CRM to manage sales pipeline funnel of opportunities and account activities.
- Proactively drive configured product standardization template to simplify and meet customer needs with top products.
- University degree or diploma in business or relevant technology.
- At least 6 years of experience with a proven track record in managing a set of defined accounts.
- A background in selling capital equipment in the plastics industry is required.
- Structured, organized, and able to identify the 20% efforts that yield 80% of results.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly proactive with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Passion for industry, solid relationships, and networking.
The Regional Sales Manager will work in an office environment and must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Travel RequirementsEstimated: 50%
