Job Title: Regional Director

Job Summary:

The Regional Director is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the performance of 'store within a store' locations in Bass Pro Shops and/or outlet centers within their assigned region. This position requires strong leadership and management skills to develop and grow all managers and representatives, ensuring exceptional customer service through sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed sales and lead production targets.
  • Work closely with Store Managers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and to provide coaching and development opportunities for sales team members.
  • Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for new sales team members.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Store Managers, Sales Representatives, and other internal teams.
  • Ensure all sales team members are trained and equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all sales team members are aware of and comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 4 years marketing and management experience, plus 2 years sales experience required.
  • Experience with the timeshare industry or retail environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
