Job Summary

The Field Team Recruiter plays a vital role in the success of East Coast Facilities, Inc. by recruiting and hiring top talent for our field operations team. This position requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and work independently to achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a regular schedule of field recruiting, engaging with prospects in public areas and networking with existing and prospective employees to obtain leads.
  • Review applicants, screen applications, and select qualified candidates for preliminary interviews.
  • Identify candidates for final interviews and work with hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process.
  • Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews as requested.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and human resource staff during the offer process.
Requirements
  • Fluent English and Spanish or Haitian Creole language skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations, sales, recruiting, or HR-related roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and implement sourcing strategies.
  • Proactive and independent, with the ability to take initiative and work under deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Work Environment

The Field Team Recruiter will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. The role may involve travel to company-owned branch facilities and requires a valid driver's license.
