Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Representative to join our team at National Insurance Inspection Services. As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for conducting residential property inspections and submitting accurate and timely reports via our website.

Responsibilities include:

  • Accepting electronic inspections as they are ordered
  • Completing inspections in the field by following guidelines and proper requirements
  • Returning completed inspections electronically via our website
  • Conducting oneself in a professional, courteous manner while appropriately dressed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management or related fields
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with insureds
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

  • Computer skills
  • High-speed internet
  • Reliable transportation
  • Navigation skills
  • Digital camera (preferred for photos)
  • Must submit to a background check and have a clean MVR
