Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in facilities services or a related field
  • Ability to meet deadlines and make sound decisions in stressful situations
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify strong talent that complements the client's environment
  • Experience working with outside vendors, accounts payable/receivable, and budget management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
