Job Summary

The Pool Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire swimming complex facility, ensuring the safety of those who use the facility, and managing the financial aspects of the aquatics programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire and supervise all pool personnel to ensure they are well-trained and create a safe environment for those who use the facility.
  • Conduct in-service training drills bi-monthly to maintain safety standards.
  • Clean and sanitize the swimming pool, including cleaning the pool and backwash filters, skimming the pool surfaces, and checking that chemicals in the pool are at ideal levels.
  • Ensure that all equipment, such as railings, ropes, pumps, etc., are in good working order and provide repair or replacement as needed.
  • Procure chemicals, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Oversee all programs created for the aquatics department.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pool Manager to join our team at ClubCorp. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in pool operation and aquatics.
  • A County Pool Operator Certificate, YMCA/Red Cross/Ellis Lifeguard certification, American Heart Association/Red Cross CPR, Red Cross Standard First Aid, and WSI certification.
