Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Compliance Manager to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with client contracts and maintaining strong relationships with independent contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, with experience in coaching, motivating, and leading teams in a multi-unit or location setting. You will be responsible for reviewing scope of work, ensuring quality assurance, and communicating with facility services managers to resolve issues.

Key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining productive relationships with independent contractors, reviewing and ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures, and executing operational policies and procedures.

Requirements for this role include a high school diploma, 3 years of prior experience in management, and strong planning, organization, and communication skills.

Requirements:
