Office Operations Coordinator

Puttshack is a premier entertainment venue that combines upscale mini golf, technology-infused games, and world-class food and beverages.
Salary:$55,000 - $70,000 per year
About the Position:
- This is a full-time on-site role requiring a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- The successful candidate will oversee various administrative tasks, manage payroll and financial processes, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of associate hours, payroll information, and employee benefits.
- Process invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable in a timely manner.
- Coordinate recruitment functions, including job requisition management, interview scheduling, and pre- and post-employment paperwork.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve office operations and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with software applications such as Microsoft Office and payroll processing systems.
