Office Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team at Ports America. As an Office Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate records and data entry duties.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for phone inquiries from customers and vendors.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1+ year of experience in an administrative or operational support function.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English.
