Job Description

Arcfield is a leading provider of full lifecycle, mission-focused systems engineering and integration capabilities to the U.S. government and its allies. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage Mission Partner project and IT resource profiles, Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Customer Support Agreement (CSA) documentation, and associated data validation.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Administer monthly billing and invoicing processes for all deployed IT resources, including reviewing and approving Activity Tracking Sheets (ATS's), validating weekly Burn Reports, and ensuring accurate data entry in Sponsor systems.
  • Communication and Outreach: Foster positive working relationships with Sponsors and stakeholders through effective communication and outreach.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with Acquisition Administration and Finance Administration teams to facilitate Mission Partner support, address and resolve processing and/or support issues, and devise resolutions to satisfy operating and financial requirements.
  • Documentation: Document and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all Customer Account Management processes.
Qualifications
  • Clearance: Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting project management, contracts, and/or purchasing-related activities.
  • Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, working experience with Microsoft Office application suite, and experience with Sponsor systems.
