Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Federal Health Account Manager to join our Business Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing our current business base within Civilian health and/or Defense Health agencies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling to federal government agencies, specifically DHA, DHMS, HHS, or VA. You will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies to win new business in the Federal Health segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow our business in the Federal Health segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Identify new funding and business opportunities
- Perform market research to qualify new opportunities
- Develop and maintain a value-added working relationship with internal stakeholders
- Meet with clients and build positive relationships and customer affinity
- Deliver presentations and communicate to internal and external audiences
- Cultivate strong relationships with proven external partners for teaming purposes
- Identify early key customer trends to proactively leverage capabilities to help the company grow
- Manage responses to government market research inquiries (e.g., RFIs, SSNs, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 8+ years of experience selling into Federal Health agencies
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and a requisite opportunity pipeline
- Ability to organize and coordinate customer meetings, RFI responses, and participation in industry events
- Understanding of Information Technology and/or Engineering Services
- Knowledge of Government contracting, acquisition trends, and customer buying behaviors
- Strong familiarity with federal acquisition regulations and contracting mechanisms
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust

Salary Range: $130,000- $175,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
