We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our Commercial Accounts team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including underwriting, risk assessment, and policy administration.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including underwriters, agents, and brokers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or insurance.
- Three to five years of experience in commercial insurance underwriting, sales, or marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risk and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- CPCU designation or equivalent experience.
