Account Manager Job Description

IG Recruit is proud to be a valued recruitment partner with a high-growth global workspace technology company. Due to extensive growth, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager to join their USA team.

This Strategic Technical Account Manager will partner with customers to fully utilize Freespace solutions and ensure they have the best experience of Freespace, delivering planned revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a strategic account management role within a technical, SaaS environment, preferably within a Global organization in workspace solutions technology experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecast sales and revenue projection
  • Develop and implement the original sales owned account plans
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
  • Plan for and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and secure contract renewals.
  • Work with the presales (engineering) team to scope new opportunities for revenue generation through new service line based on mapping client request.
  • As required, support the sales team with materials, presentations etc to provide credibility and experience from existing accounts
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Technical troubleshooting and product development interfacing to solve and grow client offerings
  • Customer facing roles including pre-sales
  • Selling and negotiating commercial and contract terms with clients
  • Ability to work with and coordinate a variety of stakeholders across all levels
  • An up-to-date knowledge of and a deep interest in technology
