Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning: Plan and execute events, including the Farming Simulator League and other events, to ensure they meet the expectations of our visitors.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources, including facilities, decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, and promotional material, to ensure that events are executed smoothly.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues with equipment and resolve problems that may arise during events.
  • Communication: Interact positively with crew members, vendors, and audience members, and communicate effectively with other team members to ensure that events are executed successfully.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of basic lighting, sound, and video equipment operation techniques.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to move heavy equipment from one location to another.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Interpersonal skills to interact positively with crew members, vendors, and audience members.
  • Organizational Skills: Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to be on-site at events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • E-Sports Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in e-sports events.
  • Farming Simulator Knowledge: Deep knowledge of Farming Simulator.
  • Passion for Gaming: Passion for video games and enthusiastic gamer.
  • Farming Background: Background in farming, or experience working in a company related to farming, or interest in farming and agriculture.
