DISPENSARY HEALTHCARE CONSULTANT

Our focus is on compliance, empathy, and delivering high-quality care.

Your responsibilities will include effective communication with store personnel, various vendors, service providers, marketing, inventory, HR, and the Director of Retail to uphold store objectives, protocols, and procedures in line with company standards while also aligning with broader Jushi goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exemplify outstanding service, commitment, and enthusiasm.
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Promote a culture of positivity, professionalism, and adherence to policies and state regulations.
  • Manage patient flow at the point of entry while delivering exceptional care and customer service.
  • Conduct both virtual and in-person consultations, ensuring patients and caregivers receive accurate and compassionate guidance.
  • Implement company programs for customer service, patient management, and compliance with safety guidelines.
  • Provide expert recommendations on cannabis products, including selection, effects, potency, and administration methods.
  • Mentor and inspire store staff through ongoing training on compliance and best practices.
  • Report any product-related issues to the appropriate management personnel promptly.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new Healthcare Consultants.
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and professional guidelines and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Pennsylvania, registered with the Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana.
  • Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check.
  • Completion of the Pennsylvania Department of Health 4-Hour CME Course.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of navigating multiple software platforms.
  • Knowledgeable about cannabis products.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to assist in regions outside of assigned areas as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Work performed on-site.
  • Frequent desk-based computer tasks.
  • Regularly required to sit, with occasional standing or walking.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
