Role Overview:
As an Outpatient Services Counselor, your primary responsibility will be to assess and deliver clinical interventions for clients and their families. This role encompasses the creation of tailored treatment strategies and involvement in aftercare coordination. Join us in our mission to positively impact the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and engage in regular consultations with the treatment team
- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions, lead therapeutic groups, and maintain communication with external outpatient providers
- Ensure comprehensive documentation and support for utilization review while participating in aftercare planning

Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in a relevant discipline OR a Bachelor's Degree with a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) credential and relevant clinical experience
