Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process medical service requests and maintain confidentiality agreements and policies
  • Document and resolve escalated client inquiries/problems
  • Collect and enter patient intake information into medical service software systems
  • Anticipate and proactively respond to client needs
  • Communicate effectively with sales representatives to meet client needs
  • Develop research skills to resolve problems prior to client contact
  • Become familiar with medical terminology, specialties, product lines, and specimen types
Requirements
  • High School diploma
  • At least 2 years' experience in customer service/call center operations
  • Medical Terminology proficiency preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Professional attitude and presentation
